Born and raised in New Zealand, I have loved to take photographs ever since I was given a plastic 35mm camera on my 13th birthday. Thanks for all the comments and votes! John - I liked your SC suggestion, so I have just uploaded this image as a Black and White leaving the leaf in color. It's the first time I've done this and I don't know why I haven't tried it sooner - it was fun to do! I found some free software called GIMP, watched a youtube tutorial and just did it.
