Artist's Description
This heavenly view of Mt Rainier was the reward after hiking for about 2 hours from the Sunrise Visitor Center on the NorthEast side of the Mt Rainier. The high point here is Burroughs Mountain. This was taken in late June and these wildflowers aren't usually out until August. This is one of the most spectacular views of the mountain that can be had.
About Peter Mooyman
Born and raised in New Zealand, I have loved to take photographs ever since I was given a plastic 35mm camera on my 13th birthday. I take photos of whatever looks interesting or spectacular, but what I enjoy most is being outdoors and capturing the beauty of nature. If you like an image but want to change something minor, like the cropping or brightness/contrast/saturation, etc, I would be happy to work with you to customize an image to fit your needs - just ask! Enjoy my portfolio and please come back often to check out the latest additions.
